The Sandpiper is a second floor apartment with partially covered balcony and excellent views.  The kitchen seats four.  There is an additional china cupboard for extra storage, and a second color cable TV in the master bedroom.  There are three window units for individual climate control in each bedroom and the living room/kitchen area.  Maximum occupancy in this apartment is four.
