Rental Rates and Info

PLEASE NOTE: Sea Haven rents exclusively to family groups. Fraternal, sorority, student or single groups are asked not to apply for accommodations. Strathmere is a family-oriented community; therefore, house parties are absolutely prohibited and occupancy is limited to the number of persons as noted in apartment description. Misrepresentation, house parties, or exceeding the apartment limit will result in guests being asked to immediately vacate the property without refund.

Pillows, blankets and decorator spreads and shams are included. Bring your own linens and towels. Weekly rentals only - Saturday to Saturday. Check-in starts at 2:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

Rental rates vary by apartment, based on amenities.  For specific Sea Haven apartment rates and a rental contract, call Bruce W. Riordan Real Estate at 609-263-3235. A $200 deposit will guarantee your reservation.  Reserve now while your choice of dates and apartment is available. Large families may reserve all four apartments for a fantastic Jersey shore reunion!  A security deposit is required.
