The Sea Haven has recently been renovated for your comfort and enjoyment. With new furniture, beds, bedding, curtains, dishes and other items throughout, your stay is sure to be filled with all the comforts of home! Every apartment is equipped with the following amenities:

· Private entrance with either screened-in porch or balcony and wicker furniture
· Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two twins
· Kitchen with seating for either four or six, gas range, full-size refrigerator, microwave,
coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, corner cupboards for extra storage, cooking
utensils, silverware, pots and pans, and new dinnerware
· Living room with all new furniture, color cable TV and new DVD player
· Full bathroom with bathtub and shower
· Ample closet space, iron with ironing board
· Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living rooms
· Air conditioning (either central or window units)

In addition, shared amenities include enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, several picnic tables with umbrellas, new gas grill, washer and dryer (in detached garage), double clotheslines, enclosed storage area for your bikes and beach chairs, high chair and porta-crib (available first-come first-serve) and a well-landscaped large corner lot!
